All orders are carefully handpicked and prepared for shipment at our fulfillment center. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order before it is dispatched. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package is on its way.

2. Shipping & Transit
We partner with trusted global and regional carriers to deliver your order.

  • Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days to most destinations worldwide.

  • The exact carrier and service level will be selected based on your location for optimal delivery.

  • The provided tracking number will allow you to follow your package's journey in real-time.

3. International Delivery & Customs

  • As we ship internationally, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • We cannot predict or control these fees, and we are not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information prior to ordering.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
